Another Sketch inspired CARD!
Yes it’s “Berry Bliss” run ..... please stay! Another sketch from SCS inspired this one along with Ali you can check our her blog. You cannot see it on the picture but, I used the Seeing Spots Class Brass Template to emboss the Whisper White, {most of what I have seen on SCS they use Cuttlebug or a similar devise to create the embossed look.} I’m going to have to put that on my wish list. It would have made this card much easier.
Recipe:
Stamp Set: So Many Scallops “Free by simply making a purchase, hosting a workshop, or taking the plunge and become a Demonstrator”.
Paper: Berry Bliss DSP, Pretty in Pink, Close to Cocoa & Whisper White
Inks: Pretty in Pink
Accessories: Vintage Brads, Prettiest Kit, ¼” Pretty in Pink Grosgrain Ribbon, Scallop Circle Punch, ½” Circle Punch, Crystal Effects, Crafters’ Tool Kit, Paper Piercing, Uni-ball Gel Pen and Dimentionals
Thank you for taking time to look and have a great day!

Happy Hello Hope it Makes you SMILE!!
I have to start by saying I LOVE “Berry Bliss” Designer Papers (deep breath)….I saw this layout or sketch I swear I wrote the number down but, it’s gone. This will be one of the samples at my SAB Camp hope they like Berry Bliss as much as I do!!! Who doesn’t like PINK AND BROWN? No worries mate, the most difficult part was using the Crop-a-dile to make the indents on the strip of Close to Cocoa. If you now an easy way please leave a comment I’d appreciate it immensely. This one was easy to put together and I love punches and I used three and the CAD.

Swap Share
Old man winter has been hitting us around here; we’ve scored numerous SNOW DAYS school closed, no work for me YEA! On the flip side…(yes, there is always one) …I have all 4 children at home and it’s hard to sneak away and play with out constant interruptions. Making it hard to keep the creative juices flowing and create my little master pieces. Today I had a plan when Brandon (3) went down for his nap after lunch, I let the others pick a movie and said, “Watch it and respect each other and let me have some time alone in my stamp room”. It WORKED! I was able to finish up two more projects that I can share today.
I’ve had time to browse through some awesome blogs lately I’m amazed at the talent out there. I’m very interested in the Sketch and Color Challenges it helps make it easier to create. I did my first one this past weekend with Beate and I’m planning to keep doing them and try and add others so be on the look out. You might want to give it a try too, if you’re stuck or your MOJO is lost.
I’ve also noticed that I don’t say much in comparison, I’ll try and let a little more of me come through. I guess that’s what blog means blah blah blah……in addition to sharing my creations. The three sets of two below are from a swap that I participated in over at SUDSOL, I posted mine already. I wont stop there I’ll post more so stay tuned….
I want to thank all of you that have stopped by I really appreciate it!
Have a great day! ~Ann

Time Well Spent
Today is a day for “TIME WELL SPENT”, as today is an unexpected day off (as if we moms ever really get one) a snow day. With the kids doing what they want and only a little laundry to be done I attempted to escape to my “Stamp Room”. In appreciation to all demonstrators Stampin’ Up! sent the Hostess set “Time Well Spent” when the new catalog came out. I cut and mounted it today, as I gazed into the air trying to come up with a layout or an idea that would work for a finished card. This was a bit of a challenge for me. As this is not a set I would usually purchases.
Again, I have all my scraps out here’s what I came up with. I’m not sure why I’m posting them they are just not up to my usual standard or they don’t scream ME!
I’ve noticed during this cleaning binge I have a lot of retired papers around. Another thing I need to use up! As you can see I slipped some in……enjoy hope you had a great day today!!!
