Tip your hat to......Snowman Soup!

I've been so busy today I almost forgot to post. I could not wait to share with you.....this is the best yet! Snowman Soup that I have seen, Nikki my so creative downline made these for The Extreme Home Party booth. They were a hit and she did a great job. To see more of her creativity go: HERE to check out her blog. (she said I could share with all of you)
Isn't he just soooo cute and the bag inside is full of the goodies. The main thing you need to create this cute little guy is the Big Shot and SU exclusive TOP NOTE DIE. He does look better in real life. I tired to get a good picture .... not that I'm great at it, I did my best.
This is him with the goodies bag by his side. Hope you enjoy and remember leave me a comment it would sure be nice to hear from you when you stop by.

Full Size Magazine Holder and Cards

WOW! now onto the bigger size, that may be wrong to start out with because you will see this post first. What the hay, scroll on down to see the MINI if you like what you see here. Again, I used the Baroque Motifs Stamp set: Pink Pirouette Textured for the Magazine Holder, it's not as sturdy as our card stock but I wanted the LINEN "textured" look for the project. It helps the Pink Pirouette stand out. On the bottom a piece of Bella Rose DSP (one of my Fav's) and added Old Olive 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon.
I made two full size cards and put two of each in the Magazine Holder. This one I love because of the pearls from the Prettiest Kit. {do you ever buy accessories (other than ribbon) and horde them?} I have had my Prettiest Kit for a long time and I never use it, this card needed a WOW factor. Whisper White, Kiwi Kiss Card Stock and a piece of Bella Rose DSP as the mat under the other two on the front of the card. Used ribbon down the side imagine that! :)
This card is a little different the Color gives it the WOW! It's Kiwi Kiss for the card and a strip of Old Olive between the two pieces of "Bella Rose DSP" I used the Scallop Punch and the NEW Large Oval where I stamped Cherish on the piece of Whisper White. Yep! there's that Ribbon again.

Hope you enjoyed looking around on my blog please feel free to leave me a comment as soon as I start getting more comments left I will have some "BLOG CANDY" so if your here say Hello!
Here's a picture of both don't forget to check back soon as this is a project that I'll be setting up with a tutorial for an up coming STAMP CAMP.

Enjoy and have a great day,

Mini Magazine Holder and Cards

First, this is my MINI Magazine Holder, it's for Note Cards I made 4 the same: One of my favorite Designer Series Paper this time around is.....Bella Rose, Pink Pirouette Card Stock for the magazine holder, Kiwi Kiss Textured Card Stock for the cards and regular Card Stock for the layering under Whisper White, Pink Pirouette Classic Ink and a Silver Brad in the middle of the image and I sponged around the edges to finish it I had to have Ribbon my weakness....Oh my I forgot the stamp set is Baroque Motifs. Another one of my favorites.....
Here is a close up of the front of the box with notes; I did this on my computer using the SU Font CD and punched out with the small oval punch. Comment on the Ribbons is needed I started with Pink Pirouette 5/8" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon and then added the Old Olive Twill that's retired. (I have no earthly reason why this discontinued this ribbon I loved the Chocolate Chip and Old Olive). No further explanation needed Hope you like it. This is going to be featured next month at my STAMP CAMP....no Twill Ribbon though and I'll have a complete tutorial on my blog for it. So you will have to come back..... :) Gotcha!

Jar of Snowman SOUP....a chill is in the air!

Snowmen are my FAVORITE love them.....and Snowman Soup I love to make. These little jars are form IKEA. I got them over the summer when I redid my Studio I use them for my brads, buttons and etc you can see what's in them and they sit on the shelf and look cute. Well, just had to give it at try and add a new twist. Sold a few of these on Saturday. So all you need is a jar, Cocoa, Marshmallows, small peppermint stick for the soup, punches and ribbon and print the poem. They're are a few different poems out there that you can use.

Enjoy and have a great day,

Nugget Tins

On this one I had to be creative. I don't have any tins and no time to order any but wanted to have some to sell. Light bulb moment.....these are empty tins from Stampin' Up!'s Build-a-Brad. Six nuggets fit perfectly. They are easy to make I used Sticky Strip on the outer tin and cut Designer paper to fit both bottom and lid outer sides. Also, cut a piece to line the bottom of the inside. Almost forgot cut some small pieces of DSP for the Chocolate NUGGETS. Took some ribbon and there you have it.

Thanks for stopping by,

Snowman Candles

Snowmen are my weakness I love them. This was a quick easy gift idea very little time. I had the stamp on my disk and the candles were saying "spruse me up" so this is the finished product.

Recipe:

Holiday Tag Team Stamp set (retired)
Various Stampin' Write Markers
Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon 5/8"
Heat Tool
Cello Bag

I'll be posting pictures of all of the items that we had and a few pictures of the layout. I'm posting this because "Becky Roberts" posted to my blog. She's the milk carton creator. You can check out her AWESOME blog HERE. So Becky here is my "LOVE in a Milk Carton" This is part of a STAMP camp that Nikki and I are hosting.

Hope your having a great day, thanks for stopping in...

Santa here HO! HO! HO! and Frosty too!

These little books were purchased a few years ago at Wal-Mart for .98 cents during Christmas. I embossed on them and made a few up as gifts and put the rest away. As some of you know I recently organized and re-pained my Stampin' Studio and now when I need something I know right where to find it. (I found all kinds of goodies during this revamping) Anyhow, this Extreme Home Party event has me making things like crazy this is one of them. Hope you enjoy.

I do want to apologize for not posting a "recipe" at this time. Hopefully after Saturday I can come back and post some tutorials and recipes.

Thanks again for stopping by....
