What's New!

I have been cleaning my craft room (modeling my efforts after the HGTV program Clean Sweep) and I'm amazes at the amount of stuff or should I say junk......that I have accumulated. When it's all said and done I'll have so much room it's going to feel like I have moved to a new home.

I don't know if you're aware of it or not I have another blog. It's where I have stamps sets for sale. I plan to have it updated by the end of the week. I have uncovered oodles and oodles of stamp sets that are looking for new homes. They will be priced to sell......50%, 60%, 70% & 80% off of the original prices THEY ALL MUST GO!!!!!!! There are a few rare sets and they will be priced accordingly.

Please check back here and my Stamps for SALE blog to see what I found......In addition if you are looking for an old retired set please shoot me an email and I'll see if I have it.

I have been working on some Valentine cards and gifts I'll post as soon as I get the pictures uploaded.

Thanks for taking time to stop by and browse,

One more saved image

I just finished this one so had to share. Don't know where this image came from I never had this set. One thing I never have is a Masculine Birthday Card now I have ONE! OH! and look there's that ribbon again... just could not resist I'm a ribbon addict, could be worse.

Happy New Year to all, 2010 the best is yet to come!

Sweet Treats......Birthday Wishes

Here's a sneak peek close up.

One of my favorite things to add to my cards is the 5/8" grosgrain ribbon.. Bet you would never have guessed. This set was one of my all time favorite sets. Loved the three scoops of ice cream with the cherry on top. Found two here's my two new birthday cards hope you like them.

Turning back the clock.....

OMGoodness this is very dated, from back when we did the postage stamp look. I think this set is Botanicals (2002). Just could not put it in the garbage so here's my rescued scrap.

Thinking this was left over from a failed swap attempt. LOL Tried by adding some brads, hemp and 3-D circles not my favorite but it will do.

Unfinished miss matched pieces

Now that I have my Mojo back (happy about that) I first needed to clean out the clutter and start over clean and fresh in my stamp room. I have been gathering up all my miss matched unfinished pieces I found here and there. I finished some, revamped some and purged the rest. Here are a few of the cards that I have revamped. Old stamps set some I don't have anymore and don't know the name. But just getting a post up on my blog is Good THING this new years eve. Thanks for visiting and
Have a Happy New Year!

A Cardinal Christmas

I made it to my stamp room last night with my good friend Heidi. We had so much fun I cannot believe that I have been away this long. I got up this morning and finished a few of the card so that I could post to my blog. I've been bit by the stamping bug!!

Heidi purchased this stamp set last year to do Christmas cards for her mother. I cleared off my stamping table and we sat down and got to work. This is what we created....I love this set. She needs 40 cards and I'm making 10 for me.

Over the past year I have noticed that you don't leave the inside blank any more. Below is the inside of the cards. I think Heidi's mom will love these card.
Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for stopping in and taking a look.... : )

Starting Over........

I have been absent for a very long time from blogging and stamping, 8 months in fact and it has went by so fast that it's hard to believe I have not been hanging out in my Craft Room that long. Today, I'm in my Craft Room and it feels good. I was planning to attend a class at Audrey house last night but I'm dealing with a very bad head cold. DayQuil to the rescue I'm feeling a little better getting some laundry done and blowing off the dust in my Craft Room. I'll start posting again as soon as I get this place cleaned up.

I'm no longer a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator but if things go well I may sign back up. I have many great friendships that have been from during my 6 years as a demonstrator. They will keep me going in supplies and new stamp I'm sure. For now I'll be using up all my stock and stamping with the sets that I have. Thanks for Stopping in ..... and have a Wonderful Day!!!

One more quick one.....

Now as I said your creativity is not limited. I took the same Polka Dot Punches stamp set but different image kept the same colors and added a different sentiment. Another great card......a little close up I love the look of embossing, I did cut each of these images out to get the full petal detail.

I also like these card because they are great examples of using your Designer Series Papers on cards. They add color and texture.

The game is about to get started have a great day and thanks again for stopping by,
